Return Policy
Items may be returned up to 30 days after the delivery date. Items will be returned at the current market price to be determined by Medco. Returned items are subject to a 25% re-stocking fee. The customer is responsible for shipping fees for sending the merchandise back to Medco. Non-refundable items include those that are sterile and/or clean processed, items that have been opened, custom or special order items, and items not purchased from Medco.
To return products please contact customer service for a return goods authorization (RGA) number. Return requests are processed within 48 hours of receiving this form. Customer service will email the required RGA documents with proper instructions. Goods received without a confirmed RGA number will not be refunded. View our full policy here.
