Their low lint rating and polybag packaging make them popular for cleanroom facilities. These caps are available in 4 sizes to ensure a comfortable fit for any hair style. The Tyvek® Bouffant Cap is made of spunbonded olefin for strength and durability. It provides an excellent barrier to dry particulates. It is packaged for ISO 4 cleanrooms and is available in white with a quantity of 50 per case.
Hairnets
The Honeycomb Hair Net is made of 1/8” nylon netting that is flame-retardant. These caps are prized for their soft comfort and latex-free elastic band that keeps them securely in place. Available in 3 sizes, they can be ordered in quantities of 1000 per case in white, brown, or black.
The Fine Mesh Hair Net is made of 1/8” nylon netting that is flame-retardant. The fine mesh allows for air exchange while providing maximum control for hair restraint. Soft and comfortable to wear, this hairnet is secured with a latex-free elastic band. Available in 3 sizes, they come 1000/case. Choose from white or black.
Caps
Our Kaycel Surgical Caps feature non-linting, absorbable Kaycel fabric with a polypropylene top for maximum breathability. They tie on, making them a comfortable, one-size-fits-all surgical cap. The absorbency of the fabric helps the cap trap perspiration, keeping it out of the user’s eyes. They are available in blue and are sold 500/case.
Our clear Polyethylene Shower Cap provides additional protection for users. Lightweight and comfortable, polyethylene protects against dry particulates as well as water-based liquids and some chemicals. This splash protection feature is unique to these caps. Polyethylene is an anti-static, thin, polymer material that is both economical and durable. Sold in 1080/case quantities.
